Spot UV is a high gloss liquid varnish applied to specific (spot) areas of your design and is often used to draw attention to a logo or to add a reflective and eye-catching pattern or texture. To enhance the glossy varnish, our Spot UV Business Cards are printed onto sturdy silk board and supplied with a matt lamination to both sides. Alternatively, upgrade to Soft-Touch lamination (also known as Cellotouch) which adds a unique, velvet-like texture to your business cards.

To achieve the best effect, we always apply spot UV on top of a matt or Soft-Touch lamination so, if you'd like to have foiling to both sides of your cards, please remember to select lamination to both sides first.
